- Can patients book online?
- Yes. Your clinic gets a booking page, and requests go to the Online booking inbox for the front desk to accept, or are accepted automatically if you turn that on.
- How are double-bookings prevented?
- When you save an appointment, Pulse Dent checks whether that dentist or chair is already taken at that time and refuses the conflict.
- Are SMS reminders included?
- Email reminders are part of Advanced. SMS reminders depend on availability in your country, so please ask us about yours before relying on them.
- Can it handle several clinics?
- Yes, on the Custom plan. Basic and Advanced cover one clinic; Advanced takes up to 4 chairs.
